I like Johnny Flame from the Fantastic Four. In the movie, he was too cocky and self-absorbed but I liked his powers the best. The ability to fly around like a comet on fire and burn things up on contact or via projectile flame, seems powerful. I also like Superman since he has so many super hero powers.
As for villains, I have to go with Cat Woman from the Batman series. She's just too sexy to resist and doesn't even seem like a villainess to me. I hear Angelina Jolie may play that part in the next Batman installment. Can't wait for that one to come out!

Wow, this is a tough one. well, this is my favourite super hero and super villain:
Hero = Hiro Nakamura (from Heroes)
- He is not immortal and all powerful like superman or sylar. His only power is he can manipulated time and space (time travel and freezes time). Other than that , he is a normal human like you and me that can die if got shot by a gun. That very simplicity what make him my favourite hero....
Villain = Joker (from Batman)
- Why so serious ? Do I really need to explain why I like him. It so obvious why I choose him as my favourite villain and I know you will agree with me too...

She was a great role model for women my age..... back when females didn't have many roles, and certainly were not in any roles of power.
Villain- Dr. Doom
