Can I turn off the windows disk cache feature since I upgraded my RAM to 3GB?
Hey I want to know if it's ok to turn of disk cache since I'm having enough RAM to store all the data in the RAM itself other than using the cache on hard disk.

You can turn it off under system - advanced - performance - virtual memory and select no paging file.
However, this is not a good idea. Paging won't be used until you are out of memory and you definitely want to have some virtual memory available in the rare circumstance that you run out.
Firefox sometimes takes an enormous amount of memory and so do some games. It's safest to leave virtual memory available. All it does until used is tie up some disk space.

Why would you want to do this? Windows will not use the disk cache unless it needs to anyway. Technically, it is turned off until needed in the first place
