What is there to know about fake nails? ?
For some reason I have the urge to go get fake acrylic nails today. I never got them before. This probably sounds silly, but how do they work?
How long do they stay on?
Are they painted or do they just come in different colours?
How do you get them off?
Do they damage your real nails?

they stay on for a long time if you go to a good place, just around every 2 weeks you need to get a "fill" this is because your nails underneath are growing, and part of your nail will show on top of you cuticles.
You can paint them whatever colour you like, and airbrush them if you like. They will most likely have a style book so you can pick out whatever design you want.
You get them off by going to a salon and they put your hands in a solution and pulling them off.
Yes they damage your nails, but gel nails dont damage them as much.

They stay on for about two weeks if your me and dont want to get them "filled"
the arent painted they glue them on to your nail and cut them to size.
you soak them in acetone (nail polish remover) for awhile and peel them off. OR go back to the salon and they will take them off for you.
they make your nails really thin and paper like for a couple weeks.
