Many of my friends use Tansee iPod Transfer. You can download it to have a try: http://www.gutensoft.com/Utilities/Tansee-iPod-Tra...
It's a handy tool. I also like its easy, entire and secure transfer.
When you launch it and plug your iPod to the new computer, this program could display all songs and videos on the iPod instantly. You simply select what you wish to transfer and click "Copy" button. Done. All your songs will be copied to your computer completely and safely.
It even has step-by-step guide.
Best luck!

Well thats the problem with the iPod you cant put songs back normally because they put protection on it, but you can thorough this website, i love technology. Download the CD reader and you can take off the protection, its only a 21 day free trail so use it wisely.

ok. When you plug ur ipod in, go to My CPU. then go to ipod (whatever letter it is). Then go to Tools>folder options> view tab> hidden folders and files> show hidden folders and files> OK
Then go to the new folder, iPod Control. Then music. Then they are different folders (F00,F01,F02...). Remember, take all the music and put it into my music or something like that so you don't have to keep your ipod plugged in.
Then go to my music (or wherever you saved it) and go into each folder and select them all and put them into iTunes. Even if they have 4 letter names in the folder, they will have names in itunes (most of them). If not listen to a little bit of them and rename it! Hope this helps.

Yes, I found TouchCopy brilliant for this. It transferred my songs, playlists and photos from my iPod Touch to iTunes on my new computer. I then used iTunes to re-sync my iPod, so that I can load new content onto it.

You can try this software to backup the stuffs in your iPod/iPhone/iTouch. Recover lost or missing music, backup and restore all of your iPod/iPhone/iTouch content, including your favorite songs, videos, photo files and Play Lists, and that's not all.
