Meh? What sort of word is that?

Words in the dictionary are there so people can look up a commonly used phrase or word that they heard or read to see what it means. If "Meh" if commonly used, its allowed in the dictionary.

The word "Meh" to me is more like a sound word. Just like the word "Crack" or "Bang", except for the fact that this word is like someone talking, and it's what they say when something is uninteresting, or boring.

Hmmm, isn't it Scots Gaelic as in "Aee, bring meh hagus heare no!"

Or

It could be sheepish, you know meh, meh,meh!

or

Simpsonise, which is an entirely American/USA thing,... they are quite mad you know just look at their leader---"W" the cowboy that killed the economy,.... Sigh somebody just shoot me!

Meh is an interjection, an expression of apathy, indifference, boredom. It can also be an adjective, meaning mediocre or boring.

Language evolves. Like it or not. I use meh, and lol but not all the rest of it. Makes no sense, but meh.

Example of nonsense;

''stfu u du tho tha no.''

If a word becomes common usage it gets included, like it or not. If you came back a thousand years from now, you would not be understood.

haha it is a non committal word, like 'whatever' , I don't really use it myself but allot do, so i wouldn't be surprised if it was in the dictionary
