Can I use my save file for snake eater in substinence?
Was able to buy MGS snke eater, then later found out that substinence had more features. So, is it possible?

Nope, having more features (such as items or weapons) would require additional/different data, so the game would likely not allow this.
You could always give it a try, but if it doesnt work then you would have no choice to start over on substinance or continue playing snake eater.
Tough call...
