The Blackberry Storm, there's no wifi?

What exactly does that mean, and does that limit the phone in any way?

Wifi is having the ability to use the internet for FREE in a wifi area like local stores, hotels, campuses, hospitals, etc. It ALSO lets you make phone calls through the wireless connection so you get perfect signal in these buildings. Its a shame that it doesn't have wifi. I use the wifi on my curve everyday and because of it, I get perfect signal inside buildings with wifi and everybody else is struggling to get signal.

Thats not the way they artwork. frequently they're in basic terms for transmitting the photos saved on the cardboard's reminiscence. The Blackberry does not have the drivers/utility to enable, working example internet surfing over wifi by a microSD.

no not really with wifi you can only use it where wifi is available but with the storm you get the internet where ever you have reception with your wireless provider and the internet on the storm is fast once you get the .75 upgrade its actually a much better deal than wifi in my oppinion and if you have verizon it works pretty much everywhere

wi-fi is being able to wirelessly connect to free internet--wireless networks that you may have set up in your home, office, restaraunt, motel. Yes it would limit you to only using the internet through your cell provider, which you have to pay for.
