Ok, I want to know how to get all of my pics and videos off of my cell to put on my computer. I have a V3 Razr, and I know that you have to have a certain software program to download them. What is this program, where can I get it, and how do I use it? Please help!

if you have a usb cord, plug it into your phone and then plug the other end to your computer. Your computer should be able to read your cellphone and have a file with your pictures on it. Good luck! :)
