I had these problems too, and I just told my doctor on a daily checkup, and he prescribed me 2 creams that really clear up my face. Neutrogena, honestly, doesn't work if your in sports like me, so I'd just tell my doc.

you should change your pillowcases more often to help prevent the pimples to begin with
