HI! I am a girl, 5 ft 11, and weigh 170. Lately I haven't been hungry AT ALL.?

If I eat 1000 calories a day, how many pounds would I lose in a month?

that can't be answered easily. it is different for everyone... some people have very efficient systems and would lose nothing.. others have very hyper systems and so would lose a lot of weight...

picture a wolf and an alligator.. a wolf has to eat every two to three days.. simply to live.. gators can eat once and go over a year till the next meal

humans aren't near that varied.. but the bottom line is there is no strict set formula for x calories a day = x weight loss.

Focusing on calories a day is not what you want to do. Educating yourself about how when and what to eat so that your body's metabolism increases and burns fat faster is the way forward. It's a new healthy scientific approach and it works great.
