once deleted, they just come back, can it be deleted permanently I'd like to get rid of it for space

You need to download a pop up software package that blocks these pop ups and ads. It is "nearly" impossible to block them all, but you can usually get rid of 90% with a good software. Lately, Yahoo has a pop up with almost every question that I answer. It is so frustrating, because I don't want anymore downloads on my already slow computer.
