What to do about this JV Wrestler?

Okay so today me and the capt. of the varsity squad are currently injured so we couldnt wrestle. So our coach tells us to take the JV guys through conditioning, drills, then some live wrestling. It's my first year wrestling but, Ive done Judo for abou 3 years and work like crazy every day to build up my conditioning and skill set so ill be on par and as a result so far this year I have a 10-5 record. But this JV guy whos nominatedd himself for "Capt. of the JV Squad" decides he doesnt have to listen to me or the varsity capt. W tell him to run sairs he walks up them and slides down the railing. So I think fine not my prob. he mouths off every time one of us says something to him. Then during live wrestling he goes to run legs and ends up hiting the other guys nuts. I can see how thats an honest mistake so I let it go until he pushes the kid while hes down and calls him a Pus--. He then says he needs a step up in comp. when he cant even win a wrestle off. Im wondering what you think I should do about the situation.

Make him your practice partner and put his dick in the dirt all practice long. Show him who's boss, show him what leadership is, tell him that if he wants your spot that he's gotta earn it and prove he can lead the team as well as you do.

I think your coach would rather have you beat on him than just kick him off the team.

Source(s): I dealt with a similar problem with a JV kid my senior year. I talked to my coach, he said he will never kick a kid off the team, just make his life a living hell until he quits.

Tell the coach. You have a bully on the team, and he refuses to train. Most teams that I know of would put him on probation and not let him compete until he shapes up, and if he doesn't shape up, kick him off when the probationary period ends. I know he is JV, so it can be tricky to get rid of him, but I'm pretty sure your coach knows how to deal with that if it becomes neccasary.

I have guys like this on my team. You can do one thing only: PUNISH THEM. Not with time outs and stuff, but by beating them up in practice.

Seriously, throw a half nelson and just run him over it, sink it up, and choke him until he asphixiates or taps out. The Spread Eagle vine ride works, and so does the guillotine/crucifix (whatever your coach calls it). If he calls someone a P****, just be like, alrite lets see you then, and destroy him. Eventually he will either shut up or quit.

Set him up with a wrestle off for the his weight class. Tell your Varsity guy to torture him. Anything that hurts. Cross face, bulldog, head and arm. Tell him to squeeze and torque all he can, then tell him that was for his attitude.

Pitting him against a wrestler on your team who will absolutely grind the snot out of him would be a good way to show him what's what.

tell the coach to kick him off the team, he sounds worthless. or challenge him and make him look like the fool he is.
