Try it again, sometimes it's stale and you'll have to exit and click on the question again. Don't press the back button. That happens sometimes when I edit my info especially when I try to modify it after I had pressed preview. I have to leave it, go back to my profile, and re-do it. But I copy and paste so I don't have to re-type the whole thing.
