Jelly Fish
Frogs Leg
Snails
Raw live Sea Urchin
Raw fish eye
Live Shrimp
Chicken feet
Ostrich
Pigeon
Snake
And probably many more that I ate unknowingly since I lived in China for a year!

Probably grits. Such a weird texture! But load it up with salt and dang is it good.
