What's the difference between a blintz and a crepe?

its basically the same thing. many many countries have their form of a crepe. Crepe is french where Blintz is russian or slavic if im remembering right.

They are both crepes. Blintz is the Jewish term, crepe originates in France. Both are thin pancakes and if a fruit filling is used, sugar is sometimes added to the batter.

i believe blintz' are smaller
