Yes, I had faster when I was living in the US. I was on cox, in herndon, I was hitting in the 20 to 25 range.

Sadly now, I have moved to the philippines, and I can't even measure my speed now. I have to pay a local boy, to carry my bit stream to the local teletype, and manually input the code via morse................

Source(s): read it and weep, little US boys........hahahahahahaha http://www.speedtest.net/result/375386698.png in the land of the stupid, slower IS BETTER......... PS, it took this long, just to get the test to run, about 3 minutes............god I miss porn at light speed

My wife's on WoW at the moment (and at most moments), so the download speed is slow, but I think I win the upload contest. (And my fiber-to-the=backbone 120mbps pipe at the office would win the download contest, but we're talking home connections here, I guess.)

(I was going to add something in Morse, but with Yahoo eating spaces, it came out a mess.)
