What is this shorthand symbol?

I'm doing some data entry, and I've come across what I assume is shorthand. I am confused about one symbol that is the letter with C with a horizontal line over top of it.

Anyone know what that means?

    With.

    like w/.

    Con is Latin for with.

    (Italian and Spanish as well)

They use it in medical and scientific shorthand because Latin is used there.

You didn't answer my question. I already knew that 'con' is Latin for 'with'.

I asked: How do I type the scientific short form of 'with' which is a lowercase c with a short horizontal line over it?
