When, if ever will I hear back from her?

Okay, first of all:what type of relationship is this? Emailing and texting is not unacceptable. Out of all the boyfriends or just lovers I have ever had, texting was only done when at work, in a movie, on a flight, etc. Texting as your main communication is NOT a good sign. You need to call her. If she doesn't answer you need to leave a voice mail stating you would like to know what the deal is. Briefly explain that you need to know because it's not fair to string somebody along. Also, throw in there she needs to call or meet up with you. Texting and emails are out of the question. Make it clear that you are not interested in playing games when she finally calls back. Tell her that it's okay if she doesn't feel the same but that stringing somebody along because they don't know what to say or how to end it is just not fair to you.

Don't get in contact with her, let her come to you. In the mean time just move on honestly. There's a girl out there that will appreciate your love.
