How can I unblock a blockin program or a program?

I'm just wondering cuz I wanna unblock a couple of sites at my school but I can't figure out how n i think there is also a couple of blocking programs block n i'm just wondering how i can unblock em.

Anyone know how to unblock a blocking program or a program from a school computer??

P.S.: Is it possible to unblock a program from a computer using another computer??

P.S.: I am also just wondering how to unblock stuff.

Stop trying to circumvent your school's security policy or risk getting expelled. Those sites are blocked for a reason.

the blocking program is turned on by the person who has the password to it.  You will need a password to turn it off.

There is no real way around it.
