How to make Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas dinner?
Because we has so many Thanksgiving dinner invites this year, we never had ours. Now I have a turkey and all the trimmings to fix still. We are going to eat it for Christmas dinner instead and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how I can give my Thanksgiving dinner a bit of a Christmas twist. After all, we had enough of Thanksgiving last month, for a lifetime.

I'm not sure about a Christmas twist but I hope this helps.
Change up the traditional recipes by making it different.
Here's a sweet potato recipe you can try: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/sandra-lee/swee...
How about instead of pumpkin pie, make them in individual ramekins or mini tart pans for everyone to have their own dessert.
For stuffing, throw in something you don't usually use like apples, sage or sausages.
Instead of green beans how about Roasted fennel and green beans relish at http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/emeril-lagasse/...
How about a cranberry glazed turkey at http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/emeril-lagasse/...
Hope these help.
