What is your favorite recipe that can be made with Mesa Flour?

    I use maseca for puffy tacos...mix flour with water, a dash of salt, form tortillas about 1/8 inch think, drop into a pot of hot canola oil, submerge with a metal or wooden spatula in the center of tortilla, until it puffs up, golden brown. Drain on paper towels and fill with picadillo, shredded chicken, or chili con carne/queso.
