What can I expect when I get all my teeth extracted and get dentures?

I also need 3 impacted wisdom teeth removed also. I need 25 extractions plus 3 . What can I expect?

Im a scaredy cat. Will they knock me out?

its up to you if you want to be knocked out,,i would do it cause when your asleep you wont know a thing what happened,,when you wake up you will be sore and high, and giggly off the gas,,after the numbness wears off you will be sore but the doctor will give you some pain medicine,,dentists are a lot better now with out hurting you so try not to be scared,,wish you luck..

That is an enormous number of extractions. What is the reason that these must be performed? Find out if they are all absolutely necessary before going through with it. It may be possible to still save the teeth if the nerves are still intact, though some dentists will not admit this; so make sure you get a second opinion if your dentist tells you that the extractions are necessary. It may be the best decision of your life.

Generally, in extraction procedures, you are given the option to be sedated, but if one chose not to be put to sleep, anaesthetics would certainly be administered.

You can expect lots of soup and cottage cheese. They will put you out but about 12 hours later you will hurt like an SOB.
