Anything with mass possesses inertia, so yes.

However -- electrons only have a TINY mass. A paper clip has a mass of about a gram, and an electron has a mass of about 0.000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 9 grams. So they don't have MUCH inertia.

No. because when they are in circular motion around nucleus then due to force of attraction they are pulled towards nucleus. if they have inertia of motion then they should fall in nucleus.but it does not do that. therefore they do not have inertia of motion. is that right.
