There are a lot of groups that kids have no idea about today. However with the INTERNET like it is, they can surf and find them as easily as ever. One does not need to be confined to what the pop stations play anymore like when we were kids.

I think the most underrated band in the world is the Moody Blues as they have been bashed by critics since the 70's and yet 40 plus years later are still putting out wonderful concerts together.

I might be biased for them as i have seen them 183 times in concert.

They are without a doubt the closest band that resembles the bridge between secular and Christian music.

Somewhere in my record collection is an autographed record of Red Octopus by Grace Slick.

Also i have a autographed picture of Mickey Thomas who carries on the name starship now.

That was the best thing about Las Vegas as i have seen and met many musicians during my 18 years there.
