Has any recent research been done on the flashing light effect on certain neurological problems? Details below?

Question

Flashing lights have been shown to set off hyperactivity, migraines, epileptic seizures and bouts with autism. What is the newest info on this problem? By flashing lights I mean anything from strobe lights, flashes caused by fluorescent bulbs that are malfunctioning, and any other flashes.

Update:

I am looking for study on the bad effects of flashing lights.

hello ! iam a matric student and the weakest for me that iam is chemistry subject....i dont like chemistry much but due to school ,i have to concentrate on ...unfortunately i dont know even the basic concepts of chemistry.....so from now onwards i want to be able to at a specific level so that i can mantain good marks in this subject....
thinking u as the top answerer ,iam asking u that,can u teach/help or what ever u say ...can u just start teaching the chemistry subject...if u have enough time...i will tell u the problems that iam facing in it....so i will be thanks full to u...
