AT&T online management account...?
Okay, so my LG shine locked me out asking for the PUK code so i made an account on AT&T to get my PUK code, but now i have to wait for the temporary password to be sent to my email,
How long is it gonna take for me to get that email?

You should have received it by now. If not call customer service at 1-800-331-0500 and they can give you the PUK code at that time
