Foccacia Bread
2 1/2 Bread Flour
1 Tablespoon yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
All of the dry ingredients will fit in your jars. To make the bread you will add 1 cup warm water and 1 Tablespoon of oil. Mix well and place in oiled bowl, turn so it is all covered with oil. Allow to rise, then punch down and stretch the dough into a rectangle. Poke it several times with your fingers. Brush oil on the top of the dough, sprinkle with sea salt and bake in a 400 F preheated oven just until it begins to get some color.
