It is not easy to learn without classes, and I definitely would NOT recommend trying to learn without classes. It is very dangerous. It can be difficult to learn with classes. Also, being taught by a professional will help with your technique.

You don't. If you try this skill without safetly equipment and an experienced coach you will most likely sevrely injure yourself or possibly even kill yourself.
