its at the beginning of this T.I song and in just before the chorus

    Yea a lot of producers like to "mark their territory". it's like their signature... just like when Yung Joc came out with "it's goin down" and other songs had that same beginning..and it usually say "it's a nitty beat" meaning it was produced by Nitty.
