This is again, another computer question. I can't open a file on the flash drive.?
The file was created on Excel and has been saved on flash drive. After double clking the icon (doc) to open, the message "codedirectory is not valid." Then I tried opening another way and it still wouldn't be opened. What do you make of this, please?

"codedirectory not valid" is a bit cryptic.
Did a particular program try to open the file? Perhaps you have the wrong type of program associated with that type of file.
Let's try this basic test:
Open the program you want to open the file with (Excel it sounds like in this case). Then go to File->open in the program and select the file. Do this instead of double clicking on the file.
If you have no problems opening the file then try this to ensure the file is always opened with that program:
Right click on the file and select "Open with" and choose the program you want to open that file. Don't forget to check the box at the bottom of the window called "always open this type of file with this program".

It relies upon on the length of the flash rigidity and the length of the classes you want to move. once you've a 2 GB flash rigidity, you could move 2 GB of area from the flash rigidity on your new pc mutually. All a flash rigidity is, is RAM that us used as a disk appropriate by a USB port. RAM ought to correctly be used as a demanding rigidity. RAM is truly a lot quicker. the reason we use demanding Drives is because RAM is severe priced and spinning metallic disks preserving assistance is much more low priced and would not want the speed RAM supplies. the rules on RAM needs to be quickly. yet so long because the rules you want to move is <= the length of the flash rigidity, you could.
