Gonna ask again HELP with my itunes on my MAC!!!!?

I've been trying to reorganize my music. I used to have a pc and and was using zortam and some other program I forgot the name of right now. I also hear the mediamonkey was good.

I am trying to find a program like these for my MAC

Update:

I am frustrated with itunes because I added TONS of artwork. I was going through my music and had to reload all my music into my library and it erased all my artwork. I tunes doesn't add the artwork to the file but a separate folder.

    So I take it by the fact that your not mentioning iTunes you mean that you don't like it?

    Mediamonkey is good, but im not sure if it runs on Mac. Truly though, iTunes has such solid integration with the Mac and the iPod i'm not sure why you wouldn't want to use it.
