Insert the CD. if iTunes detects it, rip the music off the CD, then once its in your library, drag it over onto the icon in iTunes of your iPod. Once its finished syncing, your done
If iTunes doesn't detect the CD, then open Windows Media Player and select the RIP tab 'in the setting for the RIP tab, make sure that it is set to rip the music in mp3 format at the highest quality and speed' once the music is ripped, go into iTunes and go to File > Add File to Library (or Add Folder... If theres alot of music) and then select the file or folder location, and it will import into iTunes. OnceThat'ss done, proceed as said above to move the music over into your iPod
Hope This Helped

Make sure iTunes is open, insert the CD into the CD drive, and (if iTunes is your main music player and not WMP or something) it should ask you if you want to rip the music from the CD into iTunes. If it doesn't, there should be a window in iTunes with a picture of a CD, on which it will say at the bottom 'Rip CD'
And that's all I can think of :]

first put the cd in then open itunes then it will ask you if you want to rip the cd onto itunes and click yes. or if it doesnt ask you that it will be in the left side bar.
