If you are looking for a prepay than any company works: boost, cingular at and t, I have t mobile personally as a regular plan and I never needed a credit card. I had no credit when I first got the acct and paid 75 dollars to get my phone and the usually 35 dollar fee but all I had to do was give them my savings acct number and bank routing number over the phone. u might try getting a Metro phone. they have diff. plans that start at $39.00 mo.
