Can anyone help me find a cell phone company that does not require credit or debit cards?

If you are looking for a prepay than any company works: boost, cingular at and t, I have t mobile personally as a regular plan and I never needed a credit card. I had no credit when I first got the acct and paid 75 dollars to get my phone and the usually 35 dollar fee but all I had to do was give them my savings acct number and bank routing number over the phone.
