Wifi router can't make multiple connections?

I just set up my broadband router and I'm having problems with it. I have a PC, a laptop, and an iTouch. (yea I prefer calling it an iTouch)

But I can't connect them all at the same time. Like I'm now using my PC. When I connect with my iTouch, my PC disconnects. If I use my laptop, my iTouch will disconnect. How do I troubleshoot this? I called my ISP but they are not of help, said they don't cover wifi connection problems.

Update:

I'm a n00b..how do I set it to multiple IP's?

Update 2:

OK I FINALLY RESOLVED this one. Now my problem is how to set the password. I don't want random people who have their laptops with them and figured out we have wifi connection take advantage of it. :) I use D Link DIR-300 wireless G Router.

It sounds like you have set your DHCP server in the router to only give out 1 IP address.
