A friend gave me her number as +011 239 288 101.I tried to call with yahoo voice out and it wont go through but when I call from phone card it works.Also It wont connexct me to satellite ship numbers either. Why?

You`re the first one who asks me this question. Frankly, I really never try that before and not even know how. But I only know that the Chinese QQ network that not only can talk to each other but it also can be contact both in Chinese or English. What is more, you can see each other on the screen.
