WELL YOU CAN HAVE 2 DEVICES ON 1 ITUNES ACCOUTNt (srry bout caps) you just plug it in
but if u mean like u and ur borthers ipod or someone elses with a different itunes library then u would have to make another administator account ON THE COMPUTER (go into contol pannel) and then you would download itunes on that account and there you go!

Yes There is and it should show up on the computer as 2 different hard drives

Yeah. When you plug in the ipod, it will be able to detect which one it is. It won't have the same songs on it as you had on your other ipod, but you can always drag them over on to the new one, if you've saved the songs.
