Korg D12 Hard Disk Recorder: Copy files to computer?

My D12 Hard Drive is full. I don't want to delete the files since I'd like to remix them in the future. There is a SCSI connector on the Korg. Can I use a SCSI to USB adapter cable to copy files to my computer? I don't have the cable yet, but they're available on eBay.

Yes, it should work. It's supposed to work. However incompatibilities are common with SCSI devices, so it might not. How's that for an indefinite answer? Sorry but SCSI is like that.

Also, there are a lot of different connectors used for SCSI. Depending on what the D12 has and on what the USB-to-SCSI interface has, you might need a connector adapter.

I'd have more confidence it would work if you were talking about connecting the D12 to a regular SCSI card.
