Do you get an error message ?

    Reinstall the sound drivers.

Check if the wire connecting the speakers have gone loose.

There is either something wrong with your media player or your sound card.

I once accidentally deleted the sound card's software and I ended up with a soundless computer.

You could check by going to the control panel and seeing if it's still there (I found out after looking at the list in the uninstall and remove icon), if it's not, then you'll probably need a new one or to re-install it.

    Hope that helped!~

Probably your computer don't have sound driver. You need to download your sound driver on Internet. If you don't know what is your sound driver, you can download and use Everest Home Edition.
