They can be quite fun, enjoyable, and entertaining. They're bad when they take control of the user or the user abuses them. I am quite aware that some are very dangerous and addictive, however some are just plain fun and relatively harmless in the whole scheme of things.
Now let's go for all the thumbs down. I AM expecting them for my unorthodox views.

The only drugs I do are the ones I have a prescription for. And do not use any for recreation. So not EVERYONE participates in illicit drug use.

Those without any serious problems.. They're just desperate to impress.. They think they're sooo cool.
Those with problems, Think that drugs will help solve them.

Why not?
You only get one chance at life and if it's drugs that end it, whats to say that that's not how your life was meant to end?
It's ones life and they should live it how they want.
