is it possible to (surgericly) put a tail on someone? animal like ears,eyes,abilities,and teeth?

What in the world does this have to do with transgender people?
And not to my knowledge - at least not a real flesh and blood one. Or at least, if it is possible, it's not a procedure any real surgeon would do.

There are some body modifications some people have done, but they work with what they've got. You can't add a tail, but you can get contacts that look like cat eyes or reptile eyes. Some people have had their teeth modified, or use custom-made fangs that can be applied with some dental adhesive.
