What is that building a little past the falls? Like a chinese temple?

The only Temple located anywhere near the Falls is The Ten Thousand Buddha Temple Of Peace. Located just a short drive up River Road. It is open to the public and offers free guided tours. There is a giftshop located inside and you can observe Buddhist Monks in their place of worship during religious ceremony. No camera's are allowed inside and you are not permitted to wear your shoes in the temple. I have been there numerous time's and it is a very impressive sight that is worth while seeing if you go to Niagara Falls. Hope this helped.

Probably a Muslim Mosque, there are quite a few in this area.
