You say all you hear from Christians is bull about you atheists, and then you ask us to tell you what we think about you What's up with that? Christians are not preoccupied with the non-belief of atheists. You have a right to not believe. But we have the right to believe. We pray for lost souls. And we know that you can't force God on anyone. It is our sincere concern for those that don't know Jesus as we do in the power of His salvation. We don't bash atheists. We just pray for all mankind, believers as well as non believers.

Generally Christian churches hear sermons on hope, grace, mercy, faith. Those that have an evangelical foundation tend to have sermons on sin, it's effect on humanity, how we all need redemption to establish a relationship with God, and that Jesus Christ paid the penalty for sin and we can know God by repenting of sin and trusting Jesus Christ.
Most things we learn about atheist are from people who claim to be atheist. My experience is that most atheist (not all) are usually bitter about something someone has done to them, blame Christians for the plight of the world, and look with disdain on people of any religious faith. They tend to take an elitist position viewing people of faith as less intelligent than their atheist counterparts, while rejecting ontological arguments for the existence of God without any exploration or honest investigation.

Nope - they don't talk crap about atheists - at least not that I have heard. Anything that has been said is simple - atheists do not believe in God, nor do they believe in any Deity, nor do they believe Satan, Heaven, Hell, Angels .... You get the idea.
So basically, what I think of atheists is that they believe in nothing such as God or any thing else I listed. Pretty simple.

My "born again Christian" friend said to me one day, "Those damned Atheists are trying to take over the world with their wicked ways and sinful behaviour. The Bible foretold it! It must be nice to ignore the Lord's commandments and fornicate and steal and cheat without worrying about eternal hellfire! I wish they would all just die or be struck down. Oh! All except for YOU, of course!"
I'm single and not in any relationship. I rarely fornicate!

this is what I know.
You don't believe in God.....that's it.
so I guess we're cool then, right?
(oh, and just to be fair, where do atheists get their information? cause I think they're more confused about me then anyone. I read all kinds of crap that simply isn't true. they seem to think they know more of what I believe then I do.)
guess there's just alot of iggnorant people out there. those who believe in a God, and those that don't. Both sides do it

I've never personally witnessed a preacher speak against atheists. Usually this is reserved for televangelists who should be the last people on Earth casting stones.

it's impossible to be an athiest. Athiests *know* that there is no "God," while Agnostics *believe* that there is no God. You would have to know everything in order to exclude evidence for God, so that would make YOU God... since we know that is clearly not the case... you don't have anything to worry about.. if preachers were talking "crap about Athiest in church" it wouldn't matter because they wouldn't be talking about anyone in particular.
For the record, though, I have not heard pastors talk crap about athiests or agnostics.
