how can I transfer my last.fm playcounts to iTunes?

I use Windows and just recently my pc would crash everytime I sync so I had to uninstall itunes and install it to my laptop. so my play counts returned to zero..and i'm sad :(

I didnt want to bother myself with all that backing up that itunes told me to do so yea. Is it possible to transfer my lastfm playcounts to itunes?
