Well the things on your back could be to do with you being anxious about your appearance and how others see you, or that you have something that you cant let go of, or that something is happening again that your not to happy with and want it to go away,

Perhaps your stressed about exams?! i used to see Grades that were low like U's, E's, G's etc. in dreams around the time of my exams!

Are you going to a dance sometime soon when you have to look really good or if your trying to impress someone?!?

Heard anything on the news about soemone getting ill and something todo with China not nessescarilly linked?!

It sounds like you're paranoied of your Boss and think that he's a bad man, perphaps he did something that you're unsure about.
