what's with Yahoo sending me THIRTY best answers on the SAME question?

Alright, yes yahoo is aware of it, and so are we users about it

this is happening since about almost 24 hours now

it's a glitch, which is sending out BA notices for the same BA's every 40 min

you get the initial 10 points for the BA at the time the BA was chosen

we do have an acknowledgement from a yahoo development employee on the suggestion board

please do_not open any new ones, as the more threads there are, the harder it is to read them

and the more work additionally for the yahoo team to actually clean up

OMG!! Just look at the question list in the Yahoo! Answers category. You probably wouldn't even have to scroll down. It's a glitch. From the forum:

Sorry to break this to you but it's happening to LOTS of us and you're probably the 200th person to waste 5 points asking about it.

Worse yet, there is no way for us to opt out of getting those "best answer" notices!! You can't just change your preferences like you can when you decide not to be notified that people answered your question or your contacts asked questions. We're all just stuck with the junk emails.

It's Yahoo Answer's latest glitch. (They get so many here, it's pitiful.) It's happening to lots of us. Very annoying!! For me, it started last night.

Now that I logged in again, yes, over 100 email messages all about the same 4 or 5 "best answers" that I've gotten in the last day.

But that's Yahoo for you, they are always having some sort of glitch or other. Welcome to yaHELL. Yahoo doesn't seem to be able to hire competent help or prevent these glitches so I guess we just have to tolerate it until they fix it. YaHELL indeed.
