Is this a good workout Routine?

Workout Routine

Day 1

Warm up 1st

1st exercise: Dumbbells (biceps) lift 22 pounds, 13 reps, and 3 sets.

2nd exercise: Pec deck fly 27 pounds, 10 reps and 3 sets.

3rd exercise: Bench press 50 pounds, 10 reps and 3 sets.

Day 2

Warm up 1st.

1st exercise: Dumbbells (Triceps) lift 25 pounds, 15 reps and 3 sets.

2nd exercise: Triceps (machine) lift 35 pounds, 10 reps and 3 sets.

3rd exercise: Dumbbells (Shoulders) lift 15 pounds, 1 arm at a time. 10 reps, 3 sets.

    Whatever you do, keep at it!!! Set a goal, and be healthy!!!

    Not really its only for two days you dont specify what days of week you are doing it and you dont cover all the muscle groups of the body. I would get a trainer and get workout that covers chest, biceps, triceps, back and legs.

    Make sure you also add cardio and yoga or stretching to your workout routine and keep changing cardio to swimming or dance or sports or biking to make it more fun.

    You would need strength training, cardio and strecthing excercises to have an excellent workout and get a trainer on and off as you will get most out of your workouts and you will be on the right path

    If you're trying to bulk up then I suggest you don't bother counting. It should be three sets that are short but intense. Remember, don't count because you'll just limit how much muscle you develop. It's best to do chest and triceps (push) one day and then backs and biceps (pull) another day. You need to do some kind of cardio or you won't get the cut appearance.

    No.. Not only are the numbers low..

    But you only do Arms & shoulders?

    Your body has abs, a back, and legs too, you know..

  • Yes its a good idea to do reps.

    Remember to drink water and get all your protein.
