I usually get Moo Goo Gai Pan, which is steamed chicken with mushrooms and peas. It's got a nice mild flavor.

For spicy, I like Kung Pao, which has a nice spicy sauce but itsn't too hot if you don't eat the chilies. I wish it wasn't served with peanuts, though.

I used to hate Chinese until I figured out which dishes don't have bean sprouts or bell peppers in them. Then I was fine.

Peking duck, steamed whole fish, braised tofu, crab (or lobster) with ginger and green onions, pork chops with Peking sauce.

I always get boneless BBQ spare ribs with white rice.

braised beef is pretty good. I like the eggplant with garlic sauce too.

Dimsum! It's really delicious!
