egg noodles with some butter and a little parmasean cheese - bad for you?

if i ate this 2 times a day and drank plenty of water throughout the day - is this ok to eat is this bad to eat? im low on money and i could lose a few pounds - what do you think?

    Not enough nutrition; I think it would be really bad for you, and might stop you up as well (constipation).

    Eggs are really cheap, and a great source of protein, and there are so many variations! Scrambled, boiled, baked, etc.

    Add some frozen veggies (can you use coupons to get cheap frozen veggies), and some potatoes, and you have a million options.

    Also, beans and rice are extremely nutritious, will help you lose weight, and are super-cheap in the States.

    Also, when you are shopping for fruits and veggies, sometimes they have not-perfect veggies in a discount bin. You might look for those -- you just cut away the bad parts, and you can make a healthy and delicious soup with them.

    You'll have a hard time losing weight eating pure carbs and fat! Very bad for you!

    Try eating chicken and salad and fruit. You need protein.
