How do I break it to her without hurting her feelings?

I have a friend who is an employee of Vector Marketing, that scam company that forces you to work door-to-door selling knives, then refuses to pay you. She's never once received a paycheck from them, and all summer she kept getting harassing calls from her manager. Yet she still refuses to quit.

I've done a lot of research on the company and their business practices, and frankly I'm worried. She's been lied to, manipulated, harassed, embarrassed, and all sorts of other horrible things. I can't just come out and tell her that who she works for is a scam, because I know she'll get mad at me.

What would you do in a situation like this? Should I just let her find out the hard way, or should I stop beating around the bush?

Thank you.

Tell her the truth, and if she doesn't swallow, let her learn her lesson.

Door to door knives salesman. That would make a brilliant horror film. Maybe even better than the Paris Hilton death scene in House of Wax which was PRETTY amazing. hahaha
