Can I leave AT&T? I want Verizon.?
I'm currently in a 2 year plan for AT&T and after one year I am EXTREMELY annoyed with their service. I can't upgrade my phone.
So I want to switch to Verizon and was wondering if there is anyway to do this? What would be the cheapest way to set up a new account and if possible cancel my AT&T account. Does Verizon maybe offer a feature where they pay some fee to AT&T so they get me as a new customer?

No, you entered into a contract with At&t and will have to pay the $200 early termination fee for every line you have with them. If you hate them bad enough to pay the money then go for it, but most cell phone companies are the same as far as upgrades (22 months in a 24 month contract), it's usually price and coverage as far as the differences.
Verizon won't pay your ETF for you to buy you as a customer.
